Disgraced Scots rugby star Stuart Hogg beamed with pride as he left hospital with his fifth chlid yesterday.
He was sentenced on January 9 at Selkirk Sheriff Court after he pleaded guilty to a single charge of domestic abuse in November. Dr Marsha Scott, chief executive of Scottish Women's Aid, called the sentence 'trivial' and said Hogg allegedly subjected his former partner to a 'regime of terror for five years.' The pair tied the knot in 2016 but split up in November 2023 and his new romance came to light just days after his estranged wife gave birth to their fourth child.
