Diplo’s Run Club Expanding to Six New Cities
Diplo is taking off on foot across the U.S. for six all-ages events each featuring a 5k run and music.
Featuring a 5k run and what’s being categorized as a “mini music festival” headlined by the namesake producer, Diplo’s Run Club will take place in Philadelphia, San Francisco, Seattle, Los Angeles, New York, San Diego, Miami and Phoenix. “Getting Diplo’s Run Club started last year was some of the most fun I’ve had in a long time,” the producer says in a statement. A press release also notes that “Diplo originally came up with the idea for this event series after he ran the Miami half marathon and then found himself at the club with other runners craving a post-workout celebration.”
