The 62-year-old spoke with PEOPLE ahead of the 11th Annual Mi Amor Graciousness Gala on Tuesday, May 6 and shared that she's been loving her newest chapter — grandma. "To watch my oldest daughter with her beautiful son is a memory engraved in my heart forever," Dina told PEOPLE.
