Die Hard 2 actor Art Evans has died at the age of 82, with the star's wife, Babe, paying a heartfelt tribute to her 'devoted husband' following his death
The California-born star initially made his mark on the entertainment world with his role in 'A Soldier's Story' (1984), followed by his performance as Barnes—an air traffic control worker—in the iconic film 'Die Hard 2,' which also featured movie legend Bruce Willis. Screenwriter LaDarrion Williams paid his respects online, saying: "I was so honored to be able to work with Art Evans on a play that I helped write. "RIP character actor Art Evans, 82, so good in Die Hard 2, Trespass, Ruthless People, Fright Night, A Soldier's Story, CB4, Metro, and many more," the tribute read.
