Diddy's Lawyers Called His Jail 'Horrific.' Federal Authorities Are Looking into the Facility

Sean "Diddy" Combs is currently being held at MDC Brooklyn as he awaits trial on federal sex crime charges.

The federal government is launching an “interagency operation” at the Metropolitan Detention Complex in Brooklyn, the jail where Sean “Diddy” Combs is being held, which his lawyers previously called "horrific" in a court filing. The operation is part of an effort to improve conditions and maintain “a safe environment for both our employees and the incarcerated individuals housed at MDC Brooklyn," the bureau says. Housed in the same area of the facility as Combs is Sam Bankman-Fried, the convicted fraudster who founded FTX, sources previously told PEOPLE.
