Diddy Faces Sexual Assault Lawsuit From Radio Contest Winner

Diddy.Steve Granitz/WireImageAccording to a suit obtained by Us Weekly on Friday, December 20, LaTroya Grayson is suing the rap mogul over a 2006 incident where she was allegedly drugged and raped at a Diddy party. Grayson said in court documents she has no recollection of the rest of the night but remembers waking up at Saint Vincent’s Medical Center in New York with a ripped shirt and no underwear. After flying back to Oklahoma, Grayson said in court documents she received a call from an anonymous female who allegedly told her not to pursue action against Diddy because he was a “celebrity” and she would just be “wasting her time.”
