Diddy Asked 10-Year-Old Boy How ‘Badly He Wanted’ to Be a Star Before Sex Assault: Lawsuit

The accuser claims the Bad Boy Records founder said he could "make him a star" before sexually assaulting him, per a civil complaint obtained by PEOPLE.

His parents flew him from Los Angeles to New York City for meetings and introductions "with numerous people within the music industry", including a sit-down with Combs, the complaint says. At a press conference earlier in October, Houston-based attorney Tony Buzbee announced he was representing more than 100 people accusing Combs of wrongdoing. Also on Oct. 28, a complaint was filed in the Supreme Court of New York County accusing Combs of sexually assaulting a 17-year-old male around 2008 while the teen was auditioning for the MTV reality competition series Making the Band.
