Diddy Accused of Raping, Threatening to Kill 19-Year-Old in New Lawsuit
Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs was arrested in September on charges of sexual trafficking, racketeering, fraud and more alleged acts
The alleged victim, who identified herself as Jane Doe, claimed in court documents filed on Wednesday, October 23, that in 2004, while attending a college in Brooklyn, New York, she was invited to a photo shoot with Diddy, 55, and her roommate. Diddy is currently incarcerated at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn facing charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion and transportation to engage in prostitution. A rep for Diddy denied the claims, telling Us in a statement, “The lawyer behind this lawsuit is interested in media attention rather than the truth, as is obvious from his constant press appearances and 1-800 number.”
