Diddy Accused of Rape in New Lawsuit
It is the eleventh lawsuit against the disgraced rap mogul.
A 53-year-old woman has filed a federal lawsuit alleging that Sean “Diddy” Combs had her tied to a chair naked and “viciously raped” her at his Bad Boy Records studio in New York City” in the summer of 2001. Thalia alleges that she never fully recovered from the violent assault and needed extensive psychological treatment and continues to suffer from severe depression, anxiety, and panic attacks. “The violations that I have experienced during the assault have had lasting effects on my body, causing ongoing health problems and complications,” Thalia said during a press conference with her attorney, Gloria Allred, at her side on September 24.
