Dick and Angel Strawbridge in shock return to Channel 4 as they land new series after Escape to the Chateau row

Escape to the Chateau's Dick and Angel Strawbridge star in a new series on Channel 4 in June despite a heavily publicised fall out in 2023.

Following bullying allegations, an independent report and an expletive-filled voicemail, Channel 4 ended its relationship with the couple after nine seasons of their hit show. Secret France with Dick and Angel sees the pair leave their home to explore little-known locations in the country. They added: “Channel 4 have pulled back on publicising the series and haven’t changed their position on working with Dick and Angel in the future after their internal review was completed.”
