After recently reuniting with one of his My Best Friend's Wedding co-stars for another romantic comedy, Dermot Mulroney revealed his hit 1997 romantic comedy led to a career dry spell for him
Mulroney eventually bounced back with 1999's Goodbye Lover, starring alongside Patricia Arquette, Don Johnson, Ellen DeGeneres and Mary-Louise Parker. The actor has continued his romantic comedy career with such titles as The Wedding Date, Must Love Dogs (both 2005), and most recently, last year's Anyone But You with Sydney Sweeney and Glen Powell. The movie starred Roberts, 56, as food critic Jules, who sets out to sabotage her best friend Michael's (Mulroney) wedding to Kimmy (Cameron Diaz) after realizing she's in love with him
