The previously announced Broadway revival of Othello starring Denzel Washington, Jake Gyllenhaal and Molly Osborne has announced its opening date and venue: The production will begin previews on Monday, February 24, 2025, at the Barrymore Theatre ahead of a Sunday, March 23, opening night. Producer Brian Anthony Moreland announced the dates and venue today. The Barrymore was last home to Othello almost 90 years ago when a production played in rep with Macbeth in September and October of 1935.
