Democratic National Convention To Again Feature Celebrity Hosts
Kerry Washington is returning to a role she had in 2020.
The convention also will borrow some elements from the virtual roll call of 2020, as some delegations went viral for their creativity in showcasing their states. The roll call will take place on Tuesday, and it will be ceremonial, as Kamala Harris already has been confirmed as the Democratic nominee in a virtual delegate vote earlier this month. Other celebrities expected at various events tied to the convention include John Legend, Octavia Spencer and Julia Louis-Dreyfus.
