The delays occurred even as some parts of the lineup, including a performance by James Taylor, were scrapped. “We had a lot of people who were very excited to talk about Joe Biden’s record and Kamala Harris and Tim Walz’s visions, and so we made some real-time adjustments to the program,” Hornbrook said.
