Demi Moore, Liev Schreiber and Malcolm Washington Set for Hamptons International Film Festival Honors
HapmtonsFilm has unveiled the honorees for the 32nd annual Hamptons International Film Festival, which takes place Oct. 4-14.
Schreiber will join an “A Conversation With…” event on Oct. 5 moderated by HamptonsFilm chairman emeritus Alec Baldwin, who founded the award in 2017. Meg LaFauve and Dave Holstein will both be recognized with the achievement in screenwriting award for their work on Disney’s “Inside Out 2,” which recently became the first animated film to earn $1 billion at the international box office. Finally, Malcolm Washington will receive the breakthrough director award for his feature debut, “ The Piano Lesson,” which will screen on Oct. 5 as HIFF’s centerpiece film.
