Demi Moore was dressed to impress on Friday as she made a glamorous return to the event ahead of the premiere of her new film, The Substance.
She added to the glamour with a pair of ruby and diamond chandelier earrings, while scarlet stilettos gave her petite frame a boost. It has been decades since she came anywhere near a Cannes red carpet, having appeared mostly in small TV roles since the early Noughties, yet she will join her castmates at the premiere on Sunday. There are two honorary winners this year: George Lucas of 'Star Wars' and ' Indiana Jones' fame, and Japanese animation legend Studio Ghibli, the first group to receive the prize.
