The “Confident” singer recently teamed up with Caliwater, a beverage company specializing in cactus water, because she feels the brand really aligns with her health goals. The musician noted she feels very balanced after doing a meditation or a morning workout, which normally consists of strength training with her trainer or doing “cardio on the treadmill while watching [her] favorite shows.” “But workouts are important to me because they help me gain mental clarity and a sense of relief, while also pushing me to be disciplined and intentional,” she told Us, adding that getting the “proper amount of sleep” is also key.
