Dead & Company Honor The Late Bill Walton At Sphere Show
The biggest Deadhead ever was honored by the band Thursday night.
Getty Images Dead & Company honored the late Bill Walton, “the biggest Deadhead in the World,” during their Thursday night performance at the Las Vegas Sphere. The NBA Hall of Famer and broadcaster Walton died earlier this week from cancer at 71. While the Grateful Dead spinoff band performed the song Fire on the Mountain, several photos of Walton were displayed on the video boards at the entertainment arena.
