Daytime Emmys Set 2024 Ceremony Date, Moving Back to June on CBS


After last year's six month delay due to the strikes, The 51st annual Daytime Emmy Awards is moving back to Friday, June 7, at 8 p.m. ET live.

As announced Tuesday morning by the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences and CBS, The 51st annual Daytime Emmy Awards will air live on Friday, June 7, at 8 p.m. “We eagerly anticipate our return in June as we once again partner with CBS to recognize the exceptional and talented individuals who make daytime television great,” Adam Sharp, president and CEO of NATAS, said in a statement. Effective this year, for the 51st Annual Daytime Awards, younger performers will be required to enter lead, supporting or guest categories.
