Dawn French made a strong political statement on Wednesday as she took to Instagram.
This includes foreign arrivals who have overstayed their visas, failed asylum seekers and migrants who have made the treacherous journey across the Channel in small boats. She added it was 'very powerful' to be able to use the phrase 'I don't know' and urged the younger generation to get a better understanding, arguing cancel culture has wiped out a margin of error. Dawn told host Fearne Cotton: 'We're living the opposite of that - we're massively intolerant, quick to blame, litigation, trolling and all of this dreadful stuff which has got nothing to do with understanding how other human beings operate.
