David Thewlis to Star in ‘Sherlock & Daughter’ Series Ordered at CW
The CW has given a greenlight to 'Sherlock & Daughter' starring David Thewlis.
With Thewlis as Sherlock Holmes, the series puts the detective out of his comfort zone, mysteriously unable to investigate a sinister case without risking the lives of his closest friends. They both executive produce alongside Karine Martin, Chris Philip, Peter Gerwe, Dominic Barlow, Ivan Dunleavy and Escapade Media. The news came during the CW’s presentation at the Television Critics Association’s winter 2024 press tour, where the network also announced series orders for new game shows based on “Trivial Pursuit” and Scrabble.”
