David Tennant and Cush Jumbo miss Macbeth for a FOURTH night running due to illness - as theatre confirms play will be back on tonight without them


The Shakespearean play at Harold Pinter Theatre was cancelled for the past three nights due to company illness.

Others shared their fury underneath an Instagram announcement, writing: 'I am all for the actors taking care of themselves but cancelling 1.5hours before hand is a bit rude'; 'We came to the tonight performance from Lyon. David and Cush staged the William Shakespeare play at the Donmar Warehouse in Covent Garden earlier this year before moving to Harold Pinter. Cush previously appeared in Hamlet at the Young Vic a few years back - after what she was described by the former New York Times theatre critic Ben Brantley as radiating 'that unquantifiable force of hunger, drive, talent usually called star power'.
