David Leitch Prepping Bank Heist Actioner At Amazon MGM
David Leitch is gearing up to shoot a new bank heist actioner that has come together very quickly at Amazon MGM Studios.
Known for his work on films like Bullet Train and Atomic Blonde, Leitch is coming off of The Fall Guy, a stuntman-themed action comedy for Universal, starring Ryan Gosling and Emily Blunt, which unspooled last March after premiering at SXSW, grossing around $181 million global. Recently under an overall deal at Sony, Bianculli is perhaps best known for co-creating and exec produced the NBC series Lincoln Rhyme: Hunt for the Bone Collector. Upcoming for Imagine is Luca Guadagnino’s thriller After the Hunt, starring Julia Roberts, Andrew Garfield and Ayo Edebiri, which Amazon MGM releases in theaters on October 10.
