The 67-year-old illusionist has spoken out about the sexual misconduct allegations made by over a dozen women, dating back to the late ’80s. A representative for the illusionist says that he is contemplating legal action against The Guardian, which published the report earlier this week. “ David requested the ‘evidence’ upon which these false allegations claim to rely and this has not been provided,” the rep continued in the statement.
