David Beckham’s Lawsuit Against Mark Wahlberg’s F45 Company: What to Know

The soccer star claimed in court documents obtained by TMZ that he’d been “duped” into signing an endorsement deal with the company and never received the $10 million he was offered in contract negotiations. He argued that he upheld his end of the partnership, which “enhanced [F45’s] public profile and credibility and helped roll out new fitness offers for F45,” while the company failed to follow through on an agreement to compensate him with stocks.
