Beckham will reportedly receive his long-awaited knighthood when King Charles releases his honors list next week
Beckham, 50, will be given a knighthood in King Charles ‘ birthday honors list, according to reports published by BBC Sport and TheTimes on Thursday, June 5. The former Manchester United star was appointed an officer of the Order of the British Empire in 2003 and serves as an ambassador for Unicef and the King’s Foundation. David and Victoria, who have been married since 1999, famously split time between London and Miami, the home of the soccer team the retired athlete owns.
