It comes after David stepped out with a mystery wrist injury on his right hand while out for dinner with his wife Victoria and son Romeo - after he boasted about doing 1,000 press-up reps in an Instagram clip last week. David uploaded the video after his son Brooklyn, 24, shared an insight into his own routine at the gym as he did a series of chest flys with his personal trainer Chase Weber.
