Rucker was booked in his native Williamson County in connection with three misdemeanor charges, two of them drug-related, reports indicate. His ex-girlfriend, Kate Quigley, had been hospitalized in critical condition after a nearly-fatal overdose that took the lives of three other people. Rucker commented on the incident while on the red carpet of the iHeartRadio Music Festival in Las Vegas.
