Dario G dead aged 53: Nineties pop legend passes away from Stage 4 rectal cancer as tributes pour in for the DJ


Dario G, real name Paul Spencer, took to social media last summer to reveal that he had been diagnosed with Stage 4 rectal cancer.

Capital Breakfast host Christ Stark shared one of Paul's songs as he paid tribute, saying: 'Just one of the loveliest, supportive, brilliantly creative people I’ve ever known.
