Danny Masterson Moved to Minimum Security Prison to Serve 30-Year Sentence


Danny Masterson transferred to California’s Men’s Colony in San Luis Obispo in February

Masterson, 47, was moved to California’s Men’s Colony in San Luis Obispo to serve out his 30-year sentence for rape, according to court documents obtained by Us on Monday, February 19. The That ‘70s Show alum’s change of venue came just weeks after Masterson was transferred in January to Corcoran State Prison in Central California. The New York Times and the New Yorker first published investigative pieces in 2017 that accused disgruntled movie producer Harvey Weinstein of decades of sexual assault and harassment.
