On Instagram on Friday evening, the McFly star shared: "Hello everyone, sorry it's taken me a while to post this but I've taken some time out to be with those closest to me. The pair were filmed sharing a kiss at the Universal Music BRIT Awards afterparty on Saturday 1 March.
