Danny Dyer's new film Marching Powder 'risks upset with controversial jokes about drugs and sex offenders'

The former EastEnders actor, 47, plays a character named Jack, who must turn his life around or face a spell in prison.

It has given a sneak peek on what to expect and starts with actor Danny talking to the camera with a suspicious substance in his hand while a group of men fight in the background. At the start of the trailer his character Jack Jones is in court where the judge reprimands him for his bad behaviour including fighting at football and being in possession of cocaine. The synopsis of the film says: 'Marching Powder follows the story of Jack (Danny), a middle-aged, drug-taking football hooligan, who is arrested and given six weeks to turn his life around, or else face a long spell in prison.'
