Danny Dyer reveals he is preparing to undergo surgery on his testicles after his dad told him to 'get that b****ck done, it ain't right'
The English actor, 47, made the confession on his Live And Let Dyers podcast which he hosts with daughter Dani.
Danny explained that a hydrocele is a type of swelling in the scrotum that occurs when fluid collects in the thin pouch that surrounds the testicles. Passing them both large red Arsenal gift bags, the duo both received a signed football shirt from the star.
