Danny Cipriani flew back into the UK from Los Angeles for divorce proceedings in Kent on Thursday. Victoria, 42 filed for divorce in August, nine months after their split.
Danny Cipriani cut a concerned figure as he attended a divorce hearing with ex-wife Victoria Rose who left with a smile on her face. Victoria arrived for the hearing in chic sunglasses with a designer handbag slung over her shoulder while Danny was dressed formally in a shirt and tie. Danny has previously admitted to taking cocaine, a crystallised toad psychedelic and to having so many magic mushrooms he became convinced his Victoria was trying to kill him.
