Danielle Bux once again proved the strength of her friendship with ex-husband Gary Lineker by including him in her birthday tribute to her eldest daughter.

Danielle has remained close to Gary despite their split and her five year marriage to American lawyer Nate Greenwald, who failed to feature in a photo in her Instagram montage. The former footballer revealed they broke up over her desire to have children, while he was comfortable with his four sons, George, 32, Harry, 30, Tobias, 28 and Angus, 26, from his previous marriage with Michelle Cockayne.
