Daniel Craig Calls Filming 'Quantum of Solace' a 'Nightmare' Experience
Daniel Craig stated that it was a 'nightmare' to film his second James Bond movie, 'Quantum of Solace,' due to a writers strike
The actor, 56, opened up about his experience working on the 2008 action film in a recent interview on The Hollywood Reporter ’s “Awards Chatter” podcast, noting that it was a “f—ing nightmare” on set due to the 2007/2008 Writers Guild of America (WGA) strike. MGM Studios Quantum of Solace picked up with Craig’s Agent 007 after the death of his Casino Royale love interest, Vesper Lynd ( Eva Green). Craig further shared more memories from his time as James Bond on the THR podcast, revealing that he asked to have his version of the character killed off shortly after Casino Royale hit theaters.
