Dani Dyer reveals she has to undergo surgery to remove her coil after it 'went missing' and jokes she could have 'ended up with a fourth child'
The TV personality explained how the device had 'completely dislodged and moved' but luckily she would only need 'minor' key-hole surgery to remove it.
The Mirena coil is a hormonal intrauterine system (IUS), which can be used as a method of contraception, as well as to treat heavy periods and protect the lining of the womb during menopause. Dani, who is the daughter of EastEnders actor Danny Dyer, initially thought she was only pregnant with one child when she found out the news before being told it was twins during a scan on November 29. Announcing the news at the end of January, she wrote on Instagram: 'We have been keeping a little secret... Our little TWINS ♡ ♡ So excited to meet our babies and watch santi be the best big brother..
