Her three-year-old son Santiago, who she shares with her ex-partner Sammy Kimmence, was decked out in a West Ham football kit for his mother's birthday walk. For their sun-soaked yacht trip, Dani wore a pretty baby pink and blue lace dress while Jarrod looked smart in a short sleeved shirt, white trousers and some gold framed RayBans.
