Dan Walker reveals he doesn't remember his near-fatal bike accident as he gears up for 200-mile charity cycle: 'I was out cold for a bit'
The presenter, 46, was hit by a car while cycling in Sheffield near his family home in February 2023.
Speaking to the PA News Agency, Dan insisted he hasn't dwelled on the accident, saying: 'To be honest with you, I've not even thought about it.' However, he's continued to feel the impact of the accident on a day-to-day basis and struggles to get out of his car due to nerve damage. The former TV football presenter formerly co-hosted BBC Breakfast for six years before moving to Channel 5 and appeared on Strictly Come Dancing in 2021, where he was paired with Nadiya Bychkova.
