Dan Fogelman NFL Drama Series Ordered By Hulu
Hulu has given a series order to an untitled Dan Fogelman project, a sprawling drama set in the world of the NFL with a generational family component.
Like was the case with Fogelman’s previous creation for Hulu, a series starring This Is Us’ Sterling K. Brown that eventually was named Paradise, the new project does not have a title or official premise. But while NFL was an occasional backdrop for This Is Us — with the Pittsburgh natives Pearsons all Steelers fans — the league is expected to be featured prominently in the new series. Fogelman, a lifelong New York Giants fan, took a similar approach with the cult 2016 Fox baseball drama series Pitch, which he co-created and executive produced.
