She cut an elegant figure in a stunning black satin gown as she posed for snaps to promote her role in the film, which translates from its Spanish title La Habitación De Al Lado. A native of Calzada de Calatrava, Spain, Almodóvar's many directorial credits include the Festival selections Women On The Verge Of A Nervous Breakdown (1988), Talk To Her (2002), Bad Education (2004), Volver (2006), Broken Embraces (2009), Julieta (2016), and Pain and Glory (2019).
