The former Bachelor star was every inch the doting father as he guided the youngsters - Willow, seven, Charlie, five, and Harper, two - down a busy street in Richmond. The Bachelor star, 44, looked relaxed and stylish in an all-black ensemble, wearing a cosy jumper paired with matching tracksuit pants that perfectly complemented his salt-and-pepper hair. Sam made his entry into the property market back in 2014, when he purchased a two bedroom 1728 square metre unit in Carnegie's Koornang Road for $477,500.
