Cynthia Erivo Starrer 'Prima Facie', Based On The Hit Stage Play Made Famous By Jodie Comer, Heads To Cannes Market
Erivo — in the role popularised in the West End and on Broadway by Jodie Comer — will play a British defence barrister who exudes enviable brilliance in navigating the ruthless and gladiatorial London courtrooms. As previously reported, Suzie Miller’s screenplay film adaptation of her Olivier-winning, and Tony nominated play, is to be directed by BAFTA winner Susanna White ( Our Kind of Traitor).
