Cynthia Erivo Names Kendrick Lamar and Doechii As Dream Collaborators
Dr. Dre and Mustard are also on Erivo’s collaboration bucket list.
The actress-singer, who releases her sophomore album, I Forgive You, on June 6, was a guest on Real 92.3 LA’s “The Cruz Show” and shared her hopes to work with the Top Dawg Entertainment icons. Around the 17-minute mark, she named Dr. Dre and Mustard as producers she wants to collaborate with before sharing her admiration for Kendrick as a “creative director.” As for Doechii, Erivo bumped into the rapper at various public events, including the 36th Annual GLAAD Media Awards in March.
