'Wicked' star Cynthia Erivo reunited with 'holding space' journalist Tracy E. Gilchrist at the Out100 party Wednesday in Los Angeles.
The “ Wicked ” star paid homage to her and Ariana Grande’s viral “holding space” interview with the magazine’s Tracy E. Gilchrist. Before leaving the stage, as her “Defying Gravity” from the “Wicked” soundtrack boomed through the speakers, Erivo grabbed the mic and sang along for a snippet. Other honorees spotted at the party were Erivo’s longtime partner Lena Waithe, Shangela, Margaret Cho, Trixie Mattel, Olympian Tom Daley and his Oscar-winning husband Dustin Lance Black, Zaya Wade with dad Dwyane Wade and stepmom Gabrielle Union, professional race car driver and Ali Forney Center major gift officer Travis Shumake, Law Roach and Nina West.
