Christopher Nolan's blockbuster Oppenheimer was the star of the Critics Choice Awards, bagging the most awards. However, leading man Cillian Murphy was snubbed, just a week after taking home a Golden Globe

However, Critics Choice presenter Chelsea Handler encouraged Greta Gerwig and Margot Robbie to come up and collect their award even though it wasn't part of the planned show.
