Cricketer Adam Dale and wife Nickie sell four-bedroom Melbourne home after listing the property for $1.75m
Australian cricketer Adam Dale and his wife Nickie have sold their family home in Melbourne after listing it with a price guide of $1.65 million to $1.75 million.
The sale comes after the couple spent about a decade living at the four bedroom property in Eltham, located 20 km north-east of the CBD. One of his most memorable moments came in the 1997 Mercantile Mutual Cup, where his spectacular one-handed catch to dismiss NSW batter Phil Emery earned him widespread acclaim and the title of cricket's 'catch of the century'. The couple decided to move to Queensland for Adam's work in the furniture industry and to be closer to their eldest daughter and her family.
