Craig’s, the popular American cuisine restaurant in Los Angeles, is teaming up with “Cool Food,” the recent book co-written by Oscar winner Robert Downey Jr., in honor of Earth Day. The fruit and nut salad with a chili lime dressing recipe from “Cool Food” will be featured at Craig’s. “The food-climate nexus holds the biggest potential for change in human history,” said Kostigen in a statement for the book’s release.
