Country Singer Sam Hunt Arrested for Speeding: Report
Sam Hunt was reportedly arrested for speeding and taken to a Tennessee jail, nearly five years after his DUI arrest
“When officers got behind the vehicle the driver had difficulty staying in the lane of travel and crossed the center divide several times before a stop was initiated,” a police report stated following Hunt’s 2019 arrest. “Once the stop was initiated and contact made, there was an obvious odor consistent with alcoholic beverage coming from the defendant as well as red bloodshot and watery eyes.” After meeting in their early 20s, Hunt and Fowler dated for roughly four years but split when he decided to move to Nashville and pursue a music career.
