Country legend Loretta Lynn's grandson, Ethan Lyell, has officially put his lakeside manor in Dallas, Texas on the market for $6.95 million.
Lyell is one of Loretta Lynn's 26 grandchildren and in October 2022, the country music legend - who is known for hits such as Coal Miner's Daughter - passed away at the age of 90 in Hurricane Mills, Tennessee. The manor also offers, 'direct views of the serene Grapevine Lake, making it an idyllic retreat for those seeking privacy, luxury, and a connection with nature just outside Dallas,' per the listing. In regards to the outdoor space and gardens, listing agent Damon Williamson stated, 'They basically took a tennis court and turned it into a planter box farm with its own sprinkler system with it.
